Audit Objectives

With document output volumes having grown exponentially in the last few years, it has become paramount to gain realization of, and contain the costs associated with imaging.  Interact Business Products’ Document Audit Program is designed to quantify your true “Cost of Ownership” on all of your document imaging devices.
Initial Consultative Meeting

The initial meeting consists of the following:
  • Review outstanding issues regarding service, cost, and equipment reliability.
  • Ascertain your current costs for toner, supply, and service.
  • Walk-through facility to inventory current printers and network devices.
  • Attain volume for all devices via Print Audit and meter reads.
  • Interview end-users to address concerns regarding output device structure.
  • Review special applications: envelopes, check printing, & finishing options.
Follow-Up Meeting

A follow up meeting will occur 1 to 4 weeks later:
  • Perform 2nd walk-through for meter readings (if necessary).
  • Confirm collected information.
Presentation of Results

Once the audit has been completed, an Executive Summary of your current situation will be presented. Pertinent Interact Business Products solutions and programs deemed as beneficial will be recommended.
